Eric Hill - Co-founder of Project Echelon
I am an Instructional Coach at the Waukesha STEM Academy in Waukesha, WI. In my role, I have the privilege of working with teachers to develop the most dynamic hands on, engaging, and innovative learning environment possible for our kids. I believe ALL kids have the right to an education that empowers them to be individuals, creative thinkers, designers, and agents of change.
Our children are our future and their education is paramount to their success.
Throughout my life, sports have been my outlet, my safe haven, and my place of greatest reflection and growth. In no other setting can we get the immediate feedback that we get through sport. In sport, you get out what you put in.
I put my heart and soul into my training and competition because I know I will learn something and grow to be a better man. Now, as a founder of Project Echelon, I have an even greater cause to ride for. I ride to support the men and women who were willing to risk it all for the safety and freedom of our country.
My family is my rock, my support, and my motivation to be involved in active organizations that seek to make our communities better places.
I have been married to my wife, Emily, for 5 years. We have two beautiful children who bring an immeasurable amount of joy and purpose to our lives.
My family also has a deep history in military service. My sister and brother-in-law currently serve, something of which I am very proud of. I believe it is my duty and purpose to use my talents to support our military men and women through the work of Project Echelon.
